Returns Policy

We want to make sure that you are entirely satisfied with your order; however sometimes things can go wrong.

Please ensure you inspect your order. Should there be any problems with your order please notify us immediately. You can do this via telephone on 01483 459310 or via email at team@amtsplunk.co.uk.

So we can rectify any problems, we may request collection of the order so that we can inspect the goods, so please do not distribute any part of the order.

Once the order has been collected and quality-checked and we have confirmed that the product is unsatisfactory, we will offer give a refund equal to the value of the unsatisfactory portion of the order.
